Camtasia Training
This project was initiated out of a necessity to develop the skills of typically non-creative employees within the company.
Customer support teams had a requirement to develop rapid and high-quality materials to solve customer queries and pain points within limited time frames.
In response, I developed a series of quick instructional videos highlighting the key features of Camtasia, how to edit videos, animate objects and text, and how to apply company branding.
The following example video is the first in this series.
Getting Started in Storyline
Due to rapid expansion within the instructional design team in the company – and a limited hiring pool – rapid upskilling was required within key areas, namely Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
To enable a more focused approach to learning the ropes of Articulate Storyline – utilising gifs, interactions, and other mixed media – I developed the following piece of learning in Articulate Rise.
